7 Top Tips to Support Reading at Home

Reading has always been a priority in our school and our children make brilliant progress in reading over the years. In order to support our push on reading across school, I have created a presentation for parents to explain some different strategies that you could use to support your child with their reading at home. There are also some examples of the work we are doing in school and information about what your child will be expected to achieve by the end of each key stage. I very much hope that you find this helpful.

Please see the video link which includes a voice over of the presentation from me with some additional information. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sQzWqAOl0AZd2RfvSj7iABWHQ_FL3rwN/view?usp=sharing
Thank you for your ongoing support with reading. Should you require any additional information then please do not hesitate to contact me.
